Symph AI is a free consultation tool. You answer a few questions; we use AI to sketch a starting point you can act on. There's no account, no payment, no commitment.

It's not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. The recommendation is a starting point. If you act on it, do your own diligence — or hire someone who can. We're happy to be that someone, but you're under no obligation.

Anything you type goes through the Gemini API (Google) and gets stored on our systems. Don't include anything you wouldn't want a third party to read: unreleased product details, customer PII, regulated data, credentials, etc.

Symph AI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Symph Inc.'s total liability for anything related to your use of this tool is capped at USD $0 — which is what you paid for it. If that doesn't work for you, don't use it.

Don't scrape, automate, or otherwise hammer the form. Don't try to extract prompts or model behavior. We rate-limit. Repeated abuse may get your IP blocked and we may share blocklist data with our infrastructure providers.

We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
